What is Mentrox OneHR?
Mentrox OneHR is an HR and workforce management application developed by Mentrox Digital Solutions. Its available workflows include employee records, attendance, leave, payroll, projects, performance and enabled finance inventory.
Are all marketed operational capabilities available?
No. Dedicated production execution and maintenance/breakdown dispatch are not implemented in this version. Their public guides distinguish supporting workflows from planned scope.
Company setup
Where should company setup begin?
Start with approved company access, settings and branding, then branches, departments, designations and shifts. The getting-started guide explains a practical setup order.
Employee onboarding
What should HR check before giving a new employee access?
Verify employee identity, company ownership, organization assignments, required documents and the role/module permissions the person actually needs.
Attendance
Does attendance feed payroll?
Attendance is an input to payroll and loss-of-pay calculations. Review the period and payroll settings before final processing.
Are biometric integrations included?
No specific biometric hardware integration is promised here. Ask for a demonstration of the capture methods supported in your deployment.
Can a missed punch be corrected?
Attendance regularization provides a request-and-review workflow for supported corrections.
Leave
Can companies define their own leave types?
Yes, the leave settings support company-specific leave configuration. Confirm the applicable rules during setup.
Does a request automatically become approved?
No. A request must pass through the applicable authorized approval workflow.
Can employees see the holiday calendar?
The application includes company and employee holiday-calendar views, subject to enabled access.
Payroll
Does the software guarantee statutory compliance?
No. Supported calculations and records assist payroll administration; the employer must validate configuration, applicable law and any filing obligations.
Does processing payroll transfer money to employees?
A payroll record or payslip is not proof of a bank transfer. Confirm the payment process and references separately.
Are all reimbursed expenses added to a payslip?
No. The payslip uses its saved reimbursement total and validated run-linked allocations, not every expense marked reimbursed.
Subscriptions
Is a free trial or fixed price guaranteed?
No universal free trial, published fixed price or unlimited-user commitment is established by these pages. Request a quote and confirm access type, modules, user scope and renewal terms with Mentrox.
Does subscription expiry affect access?
The application checks company and subscription/demo access status. Confirm renewal and data-access arrangements in your agreement before an access period ends.
Security
Is the platform SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified?
No such certification is established by the inspected project. The Security page describes implemented application controls and the deployment information to request.
How is access controlled?
The application uses authenticated sessions, role/permission checks, company module gates and company-scoped queries in protected workflows. Customer administrators must still maintain appropriate user access.
